BDA researchers have extensive experience in cancer drug development, with particular strengths in early drug development with biological agents. Our clinical services include:

• Design of early clinical study protocols for solid tumour / haematological malignancies including the definition of surrogate markers and optimal biologically active dose to optimise the drug development programs.
• Advise on appropriate drug development strategies, clinical trial designs and latest trends in biotherapy development.
• Advise on the organisation of translational research accompanying early clinical studies
• Advise on strategies in combining biologicals with conventional anti-cancer drugs and therapies.
• Perform GCP-compliant clinical studies in our global network of centers.
• Carry out ongoing assessment of treatment response (both clinical and biological) to determine the optimal dose and schedule.
• Analyze and evaluate surrogate markers.
